What do I need to do??

to get my bf to spend some time with me? He is always working and when he's not he's on the computer or watching t.v. and doesn't listen to me when i try to talk to him or is at his friends house drinking. We have a 2 and a half month old baby together and I seldom get a break or any time alone with my bf. I'm a girl and girls need that attention sometimes. Not to sound sappy but I'm still young and I don't like feeling lonely all the time...I tried getting him to watch a movie or something with me but we watch it and it's back to the normal of ignoring me again. He says he loves me and wants to be with me and I beleive him as much as weve gone through but I don't know what to do anymore!!! Please help!!!
