My house was raided in Sept of 09 what do i do if there are no charges as of now?

Well i live in Michigan my house was raided in Sept of 09.They had completely destroyed my house. Including personal property such as cloths, CD's(snapped in half), DVD's(snapped in half), Broke are ADT Alarm System (smashed are box, cut the alarm lines, and broke the sensors, ect), The busted the front door so bad we had to buy a new one and frame, food that was put in are fridge was ran under hot water, are couch's where ripped with knifes,all of my wifes and i wedding stuff was ripped up, this is just a few of the damages. Next thing was personal property that was stolen such as a autographed pantera flag,cellphone, my grandfathers 24kt gold cigarette case(he is dead and that was left for me), a 5,000 dollar show knife collection, this was stuff they did not put on there list of things they took. Now heres the twist...we where being accused of importing,selling,distributing,manufactu… growing of marijuana and other drugs. My wife and i are far from drug dealers. She is a full time employee for a tax company and im a full time employee for a sprinkler company we own are house yes we are young and we do drive a new car. Oakland county PD told us they raided are house off foot traffic and nice cars being here. We also rent two rooms out are house and there is total of 5 people that live here. They did find a roach that was very tiny and one bowl.They told us we would be contacted very soon its been six months and i haven't herd a thing what should i do ???????????????????????????????? should i sue or leave it alone i feel i was violated in every way possible
