Do you think i will get a ticket for this?

Well i was driving on the highway the speed limit is 65 and i was going somewhere between 70 and 80 and then i looked and saw a Machusetts state trooper behind me and then pulled up on the side of me, with no lights on and just mouthed slow down and then took off. At first i was just like im lucky, but then i thought cud he get my plat # and send me a ticket in the mail and he wasnt near me long at all.
