What was your 1st thinking on INDIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY? ?

The 61st. Independence Day was celebrated with Pompous show as usual at RED FORT-DELHI. (The costs never informed to Public) With colourful presentations from Women Caddets in Red, White & Green strips (A Human Tricolour) many were not of the opinion that, we in India in real sense have the Freedom to decide?. f.e.g. The Indians with Indian PPORT-living abroad do not have the fundamental right of VOTING out side India?(Whereas many EU Countrys this facility is available) though the statistik mentioned few days back that 250 Mio. Indians live abroad, yet we dream of FREEDOM? Similarly forum on this must have many other ideas on the issue of INDEPENDENCE DAY & CELEBRATION, or any other alternative views? 2nd e.g. The mission offices abroad- do not invite all Indians for Flaghoisting ceremony, nor the festival of FREEDOM- other than their Economical groups for exchange of news & views on Capitol issue of MONEY & BUSINESS? despite the fact this was repeatedly complaind to the PM / THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA since Millenium year.
