Am I overreacting or do I have a right to feel hurt?

He sounds like an insensitive jerk. He could have filtered his thoughts. It isn't necessary to share EVERYTHING with your SO. He should say those nice things to you. I wonder what would happen if you turn the tables around and made those comments about other men.
