Is average pressure at sea level the same everywhere?

Atmospheric pressure is the weight of the air column over a place.Weight of an object varies with the value of gravity over a place and this gravitational force varies from place to place even though the places are situated at sea level. For example the value of gravity is more over the poles than at the equator.Hence the average pressure of two places, one situated over the pole and the other over the equator(at sea level) will definitely vary.
