Do autosome go through meiosis and mitosis?

Meiosis is the production of the gametes (ovum and sperm). Mitosis is cellular reproduction (making new cells, which happens all the time). In both, the entire DNA sequence is copied and redistributed in the way laid out by the process occurring; all chromosomes are copied.
