Where can I go to ask MEL scripting questions?

I want to know where to start with a script I've only heard of. Basically one that will either text or call your cell phone when your batch render is finished. I don't know where exactly to go to ask this question.I know the script is possible, because our professor has shown us it. Thanks in advance.
