Question regarding pennsylvanias statutory laws?
From what I read in your question you say that you read the site and it says the legal age of consent is 16. What part don't you understand ? Not being mean. If the law says legal age of consent is 16 and you as an adult have " ANY " ual contact with a minor ( in this case any one under 16 years old ) it will be considered statutory . You could go to prison. Now you also mention the 4 year difference. You are 18 as of 2/8/2010 and as of 2/8/2010 she is still 14. So technically when she does turn 16 on 7/18/2011 you will have an age difference of 3 years 5 months and 10 days, but some times the suits ( legal enforcers ) look at things in a different light. Just like with all things we all can interpret them differently. Good luck.
