Am I eating healthily?
you might want to cut down on white bread and hamburgers. try making your own tomato soup, see how it works out? great, your eating loads of veggies and fruit, the amount is quite good. try 200ml of soya milk every four days, and the rest can be other types of non fatty milk? calcium supplement levels are good. try two slices of wholemeal bread, one plain and one with cheese, if you like that. try not to eat many snacks. if your feeling peckish then brush your teeth with some minty toothpaste. scientifically proven to help you cut down on your snacks! but if your snacking on fruit, then feel free to snack on a maximuim of two, lets not erode your teeth! you've got a brilliant choice of food so congratulate yourself don't be afraid to hop to burger king once in a while or much on a twix bar. well done, your going to be looking great and feeling great with this food choice. hope i helped and well done!
