Why are Latinos now people of color?

There are over 100 million caucasian latinos throughout the Western Hemisphere. They certainly are not"people of color" when they are agressors against blacks during a crime. According to the Justice department they get counted as white to inflate hate crime numbers. Whenever a Latino o Latina comes to the united States, Hispanics/Latinos are labled with Caucasian that is a fact. They certainly were not people of color When Judge Miguel Estrada was nominated to the Supreme Court by Bush 43, Estrada certainly has more melanon in his Skin than Sotomeyer. Because everyone knows if you are Pro-life you are not a person of color inthe Democrats eyes no matter how dark you may be.
