What Oakley gear is better for wet conditions, cold conditions and hot conditions? 2010 Alps or 2010 Air Raid?

I can't decide between the 2010 Alps jacket and pant or the 2010 Air Raid. It doesn't say what insulation the Alps has.The Air Raid has Thinsulate. The Alps has 3 layer eVent fabric but that is like Gore Tex I think, but that might be insulation.
