Golf Handicaps do not reset at the end of the season. They reset at the end of every month based upon the rounds you have played. If you were to add one more 100, you would only have 9 85's and 1 100 so your average/handicap would go up. If you were to shoot an 80, one of your 85s would be eliminated and with the lower score, your handicap would go down. To answer your second question, yes the 21st score would eliminate #1.
