POLL: What do you think of 'uniquely' spelt names? Do you know any?

some of them are ok. its names like shawniqua and crawlifawnda that get under my skin, the way you spelled emily was irritating, but simple changes like, Krystal for Crystal, or Tomas for Thomas, or Stephany for Stephanie are ok. its the outrageously different ones that annoy people
