My anxiety is awful/obsessive! I need advice!?

hi callisto i'm caz i have severe anxiety disorder also connected to other illnesses i have i am on valium to control my anxiety which are being reduced at the moment so i know exactly how you feel and totally sympathise with you i think maybe you also suffer from ocd obsesive comulsive disorder with everything having to be in place but that goes hand in hand with anxiety have you ever hyperventilated? always carry a brown paper bag and breath into it if you feel your breathing is becoming uncontrolable speak openly to your g.p and tell him/her how serious this is i'v had two cardiac arrest's from anxiety it's much more serious than people think all these fears you feel are normal for someone with severe anxiety syndrome please seek help asap i really do feel for you take care luv caz xx if you feel you need to chat somemore my email is catherinefindlay1@yahoo.co.uk i have suffered for many years with this illness i had aterrible childhood xx
