Is cramping normal during early pregnancy?

So I just got my BFP on the 26th, at 10 DPO, and i have been having cramping off and on since about 6 DPO, and I just wonder if this is normal? I just worry so much about it being a chemical because I tested pretty early. 10 DPO and AF was not due for 5 days... I just want to make sure it is normal. No bleeding or anything, just cramps that make me need to sit down for a second because they hurt alot like AF cramps.
