I was on line for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. during undergrad, my line was dropped, I'm 30 now?

I still want to become a member and I have contacted the graduate chapter near me, and their members don't respond to me because i'm not a familiar face to them. Through all the frustrations i've continued to carry the desire, and I don't know what to do next.
