Due to ipl the test matches are being cut?

india was scheduled to play 5 ODI's and 3 test in march 2010 . But due to IPL the test are cut down and only odi's are played. Now India will be playing only 2 Test matches in next 11 months that too against Bangladesh. Now it will be difficult to maintain no 1 status. What would you like to comment about it. Isn't the t20 has become a threat to test and ODI's especially the IPL
