Do you consider your wife as a luxury?

I would like to get some of your views regarding this matter. My husband point of view is that a wife is just a luxury bec.he can live without it, he wouldn't die if he doesn't have it. So, for him it's not a necessity, but rather a luxury. Your responses will be appreciated. Thanks.
